Responsibilities - your mission

Main Team Leader activities

  • Support recruiting of the reward operations team in the GBS (for European market)

  • Support and assist the team on management dimensions

  • Responsible for the team´s operational performance

  • Propose and implement process harmonization and standardization between the different legal entities and promote an end to end approach

  • Prepare reporting:

    • KPIs to internal customers and stakeholders to display process performance

    • Propose mitigation actions with internal customer and other stakeholders

  • Propose and implement continuous improvement opportunities

  • Act as first point of contact of the mission lead to share any issues / capacity / escalation / support / improvement ideas

Main operational activities

You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:

  • Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information / Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system

  • Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal data (data entry, corrections, work schedule, ..) in Workday.

  • Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions

  • Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns

  • He ensures the archiving of administrative documents through various efiling, Google Drive, SFS and Workday processes.

  • Monitor RPA performance for existing applications

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have

  • Customer-focused mindset

  • Experience in HR Reward Operations

  • Strong team spirit, open and ability to communicate and work fully remotely with team based on different locations and out of hierarchical mindset (trust-based setup)

  • Team management experience

  • Experience in escalating issue resolution, team building, training and team support.

  • Good communication skills, rigor, conscientious

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, build strong cross functional relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization,

  • Proven ability to work in a team and independently

  • Problem Solving mindset / Dynamic / Proactive

  • Basic Knowledge on SAP HR / Workday is a plus

  • Excel & Google Suite tools knowledge

  • Languages: English - capacity to interact daily with native English speakers. Other European languages (French / German / Spanish) would be a plus
