The role
The role is for an IT Senior Project Manager who has a solid background in Customer Services for
Business Centres. The Senior Project Manager is responsible for the E2E management of all IT
change in the Centre Services domain. This includes:
  • Define, plan and execute the IT Customer Centre Services transformation roadmap for IWG
  • Centre Services roadmap must provide a best-in class customer service experience in all 130+
countries in which IWG operates, aiming at standardization whilst acknowledging country
specific technologies
  • Define best global partners to support Customer Services and its integration within our
systems
  • Improve service usage and leakage monitoring and issue management
This senior role will participate in and transform business cases raised by the Product team into an
executable transformation roadmap. The role has a full delivery responsibility on all aspects of IT
Project delivery with key requirements of strong soft skills, business acumen, Business Centre domain
knowledge and technical skills

Role and responsibilities
  • Work closely with business product management and senior management to create an IT
platform that fits the company strategy
  • Research and analyse the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Follow our
competitors and the industry
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to analyse business cases and align product
roadmap to strategic goals
  • Owns the IT product roadmap.
  • Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track
towards business deliverable commitments
  • Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make
business decisions
  • Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer/employee Centre Services
experience integration and dependencies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
  • Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model and communicating
the product needs with business partners
  • Assess value, develop cases, and prioritise stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses
on those with a maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
  • Identifies and helps making the business model, value and value proposition understandable
for the business stakeholders
  • Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact
for queries related to the product REQUIREMENTS

Strong educational background, BSc (Business, Accounting degree, Computer Science or
related) required, MSc or above preferred
  • 10+ years relevant IT product management experience.
  • Desirable 5+ years of experience in the Business Centres domain.
  • Creative thinker. Strategic thinking.
  • IT Product Management.
  • ExCo communication skills. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
  • Deep understanding and experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Interpersonal skills and developing relationships with team members and customers.
  • Experience with a definition of minimum marketable features and minimum viable products.
