• Ensure continuous improvement of support processes.
• Ensuring support to relevant stakeholders in the creation, definition, implementation, and closing of findings and actions in accordance with the Improvement Management process.
• Ensure compliance with the Improvement Management process through the correct definition of the types of findings and actions; Correct filling of the fields; Monitoring and implementation; Verification of effectiveness and closure.
• Ensure the interaction between the necessary parties in order to ensure a correct and adequate investigation of findings and definition of actions, whenever necessary.
• Act as a facilitator and problem solver with a view to continuous improvement
• Help teams analyze the root cause and solve performance issues, on any value-driving metric.
• Train management teams in Continuous Improvement processes and culture.
• Participate in the creation/revision of new processes, tools, or standards.
• Participate in quality certification audits and ensure compliance with internal excellence standards.
• Ensure the prioritization of findings and actions in accordance with the existing framework.
• Ensure the coordination of quarterly CI meetings as well as collaboration in the annual management review.

competências

• University degree in Business Management/ Administration/ Engineering or equivalent
• Experience working with quality management / continual improvement
• Strong time management skills and ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks
• Self-awareness and self-supervising.
• Capacity to meet deadlines, be accountable and be oriented to results.
• Empathic, relationship building, helpful, collaborative, and encouraging.
• Critical Thinking: analytical, creative, and innovative
• Solid Problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Practical and flexible.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 is a plus.
• Training or experience in ISO 9001 audits is a plus.
• Participating in ISO 9001 audits as an auditee, observer or auditor is a plus.
• JIRA or ASANA knowledge is a plus.
