Requirements

Leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard Hebrew speaking Customer Care Advisor for their Lisbon offices.

Position: Customer Care Advisor

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: 1715 EUR (w/room) - 2001 EUR (w/o room)

3000 EURO signe in bonus

Airport pick up + Relocation reimbursement for international candidates (after 9 mo)


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide optimal advice regarding different queries of the business clients

  • Respond to customers queries in timely and efficient manner

  • Create a meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serve as a consultant for their online advertising strategy

  • Understand the business goals of your clients in order to match the required online advertisement solutions

  • Provide strategic campaign support to educate your clients

  • Achieve strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

  • Maintain and update all job-related administrative forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native level Hebrew, both oral and written. Fluent in English

  • At least 6 months Customer Service will be considered as an advantage

  • Eligible to work in EU or Portuguese residency status

  • Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office package

  • Excellent communication skills with solid negotiating skills

  • Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations

  • Comfortable communicating over the phone

  • Ability to work independently, while being team player at the same time

  • Customer oriented role experience will be considered as an advantage

  • Academic degree will be considered as an advantage.
